APIC Consultant Services Project Tools:
The following APIC Consulting Services Tools are for use as needed. Please note that all documents, including but not limited to all forms, tracking tools, training PowerPoint slides, checklists, and templates, are to remain confidential. Consultants do not have permission to share these documents with anyone or use these documents for projects and work outside of the contracted APIC Consulting Services assignments.
Note that depending on project assignment(s), there may be different report templates to be used. If there is a doubt about which template to use, please check with the APIC Consulting Services Project Manager.
When asked to complete an action plan, use this template. This must be sent to the APIC Consulting Services project manager for review and approval prior to being sent to the Client as a Word document. The project manager will send the approved plan to the client with the consultant copied.
