COVID-19 Vaccination requirements
APIC Consulting Services has committed to keeping Consultants and Clients safe. With that said APIC Consulting Services is updating travel guidelines for APIC Consultants as well as APIC Consulting staff. APIC Consultants contracted through APIC Consulting Services must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to travel and attend in-person APIC Consulting Services Client meetings.
ACTION REQUIRED:
APIC Consulting Services requires proof of vaccination to travel to any APIC Consulting related business. If and APIC Consultant is scheduled to travel, send an email with a scanned copy or photo showing proof of vaccination to info@apicconsulting.com and cc the Project Manager. This verification process must be completed no later than 24 hours prior to the next travel date. At this time, only a to submit a one-time submission is required; APIC Consultants will not be required to submit for each contracted travel assignment.
Reasonable Accommodations:
If an APIC Consultant needs to request reasonable accommodation for this new guideline, this can be completed in writing to info@apicconsulting.com and copy the Project Manager.APIC Consulting Services does not need to know or receive confidential information such as disability, medical conditions, or religious beliefs.
Instead, proof of a negative COVID-19 test must be provided 48 hours prior to the travel departure date to info@apicconsulting.com and copy the Project Manager.
This process will need to be completed each time an APIC Consultant is requested to travel and attend in-person APIC Consulting Services related business.
If submitting COVID-19 tests for required travel, the tests remain at the expense of the individual APIC Consultant.
Travel will need to be rescheduled if the Consultant is unable to either complete the process to verify vaccination or complete the reasonable accommodation process. There will be no additional exceptions to this guideline. Providing proof of vaccination only pertains to travel. If an APIC Consultant is working for an APIC Consulting Services Client remotely, no proof of vaccination is needed at this time.
These additional measures are being put in place to help protect the health of all APIC Consultants as well as the clients and their communities. The new guideline will remain in place until otherwise noted. If there are any questions regarding this new requirement, please reach out to us at info@apicconsulting.com.
